THIS WEEKEND
The Dartmouth field hockey team will play a pair of road games this weekend at Harvard on Saturday and Vermont on Sunday. The game at Harvard will get started at 1 p.m., while the UVM game is set for a 2 p.m. start.
LAST TIME OUT
The Big Green dropped a 3-2 heartbreaker Wednesday night at Holy Cross in a non-conference matchup. Dartmouth's Anna Ewasechko continued her hot play with a goal in the 63rd minute to tie things up at 2-2, but a late strike just minutes later from Holy Cross helped the home team escape with the one-goal victory.
SCOUTING HARVARD
The Crimson are in a similar situation as the Green and White as they sit at 2-3 in Ivy League play and tied for fourth along with Columbia in the conference standings. And like Dartmouth, Harvard also dropped a 3-2 non-conference game Wednesday night, falling by a goal to No. 15 Boston University at home. Marissa Balleza leads the team in both goals (11) and points (26), while sharing the lead in assists with Elizabeth Jacobson (4) who is second on the team in scoring (22). In goal, senior Issy Davies has started all 14 games thus far and boasts a 1.92 goals against average and a .658 save percentage.
AGAINST THE CRIMSON
Dartmouth fell, 3-1, to Harvard in the last meeting between the two programs last November in Hanover. All four goals in the game came in the second half with Brooke Van Valkenburg notching the lone score for the home team.
SCOUTING VERMONT
It's been a challenging season for the Catamounts who enter the weekend with a 4-13 overall record prior to Friday's America East game against Maine in Orono. Lauren Tucker has been a bright spot this season for UVM as her 18 points on six goals and six assists lead the team across the board. Tucker does share the goal-scoring lead with Molly Higgins and Anne-Marie Farmer as the trio have accounted for 18 of the 26 goals scored. The defense has struggled, though, allowing 56 goals against this season with goalkeeper Lena Benwood shouldering much of the weight with a 3.21 GAA. Benwood does have a respectable .706 save percentage as she has faced 297 shots in 16 games.
AGAINST THE CATAMOUNTS
These two regional rivals did not play one another last season. The Oct. 23, 2013 meeting in Burlington marks the most recent between the Green and the Cats with Dartmouth earning a 3-2 win thanks to the first career hat trick for Sam Anderson '14.
CAREER YEAR
Rebecca Hu has made the most of her opportunity to come back for a fifth season in 2015. The New Jersey native picked up her 10th goal of the season Wednesday night at Holy Cross, moving her into a tie for fifth place amongst all Ivy League players. Her 22 points are also tied for seventh in the Ancient Eight and are 14 more than she had in the combined three-plus seasons of play prior to this fall.
GOING STRONG
Just a day after being named the Ivy League Player of the Week, Anna Ewasechko came up big once again, scoring a late goal to help Dartmouth pull even at Holy Cross. The goal was her fourth of the year and gives her 16 points this season, 10 more than she had as a freshman in 2014.

WHAT'S AHEAD?
Following this weekend, the Green and White will have just one game remaining on its 2015 slate, a date with Cornell in Hanover on Saturday, Nov. 7. The game will serve as Senior Day to honor the play and dedication of the Class of 2016 during their time in Hanover.
