HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth women's swimming and diving team will put all of those early morning practices and grueling sets to the test this weekend when it competes in the Ivy League Championship at Harvard's Blodgett Pool from Feb. 19-21.
The Big Green will be represented by 17 swimmers and four divers at the three-day, six-session meet. Dartmouth's 200 free relay is the team's highest seeding, sitting less than half a second behind Brown, who is seeded first.
Also seeded well are freshman AnnClaire MacArt (fourth, 50 free), and juniors Kendese Nangle (eighth, 50 free) and Charlotte Kamai (eighth, 200 free).
The Green are looking to improve on their eighth-place finish from last year's championship.
Prelims will begin every day at 11 a.m., while finals will commence at 6 p.m. Day one of the Ivy League Championship will kick off tomorrow with the 500 free, 200 IM, 50 free and 1-meter diving.
