TUESDAY
Dartmouth plays just its third home game of the season in a mid-week non-conference matchup against Albany out of the America East Conference.
VICTORY!
- The Big Green notched their first win of the season with a 1-0 double OT victory on the road at UMass.
- Senior Justin Donawa scored the game-winning goal in the 107th minute on a breakaway off an assist from sophomore Kota Sakurai.
- Dartmouth was in control for much of the match, outshooting UMass 15-5 and 6-3 on goal.
- The Big Green also came away with 10 corner kicks compared to two for the Minutemen.
SCOUTING ALBANY
- The Great Danes come into Tuesday's match with a 3-5-0 record and are 0-1-0 in the America East.
- Albany is currently on a two game losing streak and has lost four out of its last five matches. Their last win was a 2-1 victory over Brown on Sept. 9.
- Their other two wins were against Harvard and Marist, making them 2-0 against Ivy League opponents this season.
- All of Albany's games have been decided by one goal.
- The Great Danes are second in the America East with 12 goals on the season
- Nico Solabarrieta leads Albany with three goals, while Carlos Clark has three. Five other players each have one goal.
AGAINST THE GREAT DANES
- Dartmouth and Albany have only met twice before with the Big Green taking both matches.
- The Big Green first defeated them 2-1 at home in 2013. Dartmouth then won 3-0 on the road in 2015.
IMPACT PLAYER
- Since making his return from injury against UNH, senior Justin Donawa already leads the team with 10 shots and three on goal, and is second with one goal.
- Donawa has only played in three games and made his first start in their last game at UMass.
GOALKEEPING
- Junior goalie Henry Stusnick picked up his second shutout of the season at UMass.
- He also did not allow a goal in the teams' home-opener in a scoreless draw against UNH where he set a career high with five saves.
- Stusnick has recorded 12 saves this season and has a .800 save percentage which ranks second in the Ivy League.
