Brandon De Otaduy Nam and Drew Monroe will lead the Big Green this season
HANOVER, N.H. – Hansi Wiens, the Douglas A. Donahue, Jr. 1973 Head Coach of Men's and Women's Squash has announced seniors Brandon De Otaduy Nam and Drew Monroe as the men's squash captains for the 2019-20 season.

De Otaduy Nam competed in all 17 matches last year at the No. 4 position and posted an 8-9 record. The Queretaro, Mexico native started the season winning six of his first seven matches with five sweeps.

Monroe competed in two matches for the Big Green in 2018-19 and came away with a sweep over his opponent from St. Lawrence.

"Brandon and Drew will complement each other incredibly well," said Wiens. "I expect Brandon to lead the team by example and set a high bar for the junior team members to meet, as he will most likely play top three on the team. Drew, on the other hand has leadership and coaching potential that will allow him to work more closely with players off the court which will be key during our regular season games and trips."

Dartmouth will compete in the Ivy League scrimmages at Penn on Nov. 9-10 and begin the season at home against Harvard on Dec. 3 at 5 p.m.
