PRINCETON, N.J. – Four Dartmouth women's swimming and diving records fell on day four of the Ivy League Championship on Friday. The Big Green are currently in sixth place with 494 points.

Seeded 14th in the 1000-yard freestyle with a 10:18.56,
Sarah Minnigh dropped 25 seconds to finish in third place inn 9:51.68, breaking the Dartmouth record from 2013 by over four seconds.
Molly Brickman also swam the event, placing 16th (10:13.66) and dropping over 30 seconds off her seed.

In the 400-yard IM,
Melanya Zaraska was 14th (4:22.40), dropping four-tenths off her time from prelims.
Alie Hunter also improved from her morning swim and took 22nd (4:27.39).
Cathleen Li stayed true to her seeding in the 100-yard fly and came 14th (55.13), while
Caroline Poleway took 24th (57.16).

Mia Leko broke the 2012 program record in the 200-yard freestyle by over half a second with her time of 1:48.03, placing fifth. Swimming in the B final,
Ashley Post was 11th (1:49.51) and
Summer Martin came in 15th (1:50.72), while
Laura Barthold swam in the C final and was 20th (1:51.58).

In the 100-yard breaststroke,
Mackenzie Stumpf was third (1:01.14). Her time of 1:00.99 from prelims broke her own record from last year's Ivies by half a second.
Maggie Deppe-Walker took 12th (1:03.06) and
Kenna Van Steyn came in 23rd (1:06.66).

Three Dartmouth swimmers competed in the finals of the 100-yard backstroke.
Connie Zhang finished highest in 12th (55.57) and was followed by Poleway in 15th (56.41) and
Susannah Laster in 19th (56.38). In prelims on the 3-meter diving board,
Isabella Lichen placed 19th (217.05) and
Allison Green took 26th (141.65).

To wrap up the day, the Green placed sixth in the 400-yard medley relay (3:41.60), taking down the school record from this time last year by two seconds. Composed of Zhang, Stumpf, Leko and Post, the relay finished almost a second ahead of Penn in seventh.

The fourth and final day of the 2019 Ivy League Championship will begin with the 200-yard backstroke.
