HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth lightweight rowing team hosted its lone home race of the 2018-19 season for the Biglin Bowl against Harvard. The races were delayed due to heavy fog in the area, but the teams were eventually able to get out on the water.

The Big Green finished second in the Varsity 8, while the Second Varsity 8 came in second of three boats, edging out Harvard's Third Varsity.

In the first Varsity 8, the Big Green finished two lengths behind the Crimson. Harvard clocked in at 5:28.4, while Dartmouth finished with a time of 5:34.5

The Dartmouth Second Varsity 8 finished second out of three boats competing. Harvard's Second Varsity came in with a time of 5:35.9, while Dartmouth beat out the Crimson's Third Varsity 8 boat with a time of 5:43.5 compared to 5:45.5 for Harvard.

The Big Green have two races next weekend. Dartmouth is first at Yale on Saturday for the Durand Cup, they then travel to Columbia on Sunday for the Subin Cup.
