HANOVER, N.H. –
Hansi Wiens, the Douglas A. Donahue Jr. 1973 Head Coach of Men's and Women's Squash has announced the four incoming freshmen to the team. Joining the program for the 2019-20 season are Charles East,
David Rubin,
Lucan White and
Chris Zachary.
"I am excited to welcome this incredibly strong class to our program and look forward to seeing how they will thrive at Dartmouth and contribute to our community," said Wiens. "Collectively, they are one of the most athletically and academically accomplished and most diverse class to join us in program's recent history."
"All of them have potential to play on the travel roster, including competing for the top nine spots on the team. They've got big shoes to fill as three of our 2019 graduates all played at numbers one, two and three on the team and were CSA Scholar Athletes their junior and senior years. I have complete confidence that Lucan, Charlie, David and Christopher will rise to the challenge and push the rest of the team to continued excellence."
