2018 RECAP
- After a 0-4-2 start, the Big Green picked up their first win of the year on Sept. 22 in double overtime at UMass and started a seven-game unbeaten streak that lasted until Oct. 19.
- Dartmouth finished the year with three wins over Harvard, Cornell and Brown to go 7-1-3 over the final 11 games of the year.
- The Big Green placed third in the Ivy League standings with a 4-1-2 conference record.
- Dartmouth was dangerous on Burnham Field, posting an undefeated 4-0-4 record
PRESEASON POLL
- Dartmouth is expected to compete for another Ivy League championship this season.
- The Big Green were projected to finish second in the conference with three first-place votes.
- Princeton was chosen to finish first followed by Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia, Yale, Penn, Brown and Harvard.
- Four All-Ivy selections are back from last season and all three goalkeepers who saw action in 2018 are returning.

SCOUTING WAKE FOREST
- The Demon Deacons are the No. 1 team in the country after starting the year with wins over No. 15 UCF (2-1) and Creighton (1-0).
- All of the goals came in the second half against UCF. Bruno Lapa netted the first goal of the year in the 58th minute, less than 10 minutes later, Kyle Holcomb scored to extend the lead to 2-0. UCF scored late in the 90th minute.
- A second half goal in the 76th minute from Calvin Harris was all it took for the Demon Deacons to take down Creighton in their second game of the year.
- Wake Forest finished 18-3 last season and fell to Akron in the third round of the NCAA Tournament.
AGAINST THE DEMON DEACONS
- The all-time series is tied at one game apiece between Dartmouth and Wake Forest.
- The Big Green defeated the Demon Deacons, 1-0, on September of 2001 when Wake Forest was ranked No. 9 in the country. Dartmouth was outshot 21-3 but all it took was a Danny Markum goal in the 19th minute.
- Dartmouth fell to Wake Forest, 7-0, in the third round of the NCAA Tournament in 2008 when the Demon Deacons were No. 1 in the nation. Wake Forest fell in the semifinal to North Carolina that year.
