The Big Green will play in the final on Sunday

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The No. 9 Dartmouth women's squash team defeated Brown, 8-1, Saturday night in New Haven, Conn. to advance to the Kurtz Cup Final.

Playing in the No. 3 position, Jesse Brownell (11-8, 11-6, 11-9) was the only member of the Big Green to earn a sweep.

Ellie Gozigian (13-11, 7-11, 11-9, 11-8), Sandra Reiss (6-11, 13-11, 11-5, 11-8) and Julia Potter (4-11, 11-5, 11-9, 11-3) each won in four games.

The other four matches were won in five as it was a competitive day. Dartmouth improved from the last time they squared off with the Bears in early February, where the Big Green won, 5-4.

Dartmouth will play the winner of Virginia and Cornell in the final on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
