HANOVER, N.H. — The Big Green hosted the Mrs. Hurst Bowl this past weekend and sailed in three other events including the Sherman Hoyt Trophy, the Hinman Trophy and the Harvard Invitational. Dartmouth finished 3rd and 9th out of 18 in the Mrs. Hurst, 7th out of 17 in the Sherman Hoyt, 6th out of 9 at the Harvard Invitational and 11th out of 24 at the Hinman.

Dartmouth sailed two boats on Lake Mascoma at the 24th Mrs. Hurst Bowl. Sailing for the Big Green was senior

Madeleine Regulla. Dartmouth's second boat finished ninth with 240 points and their first boat finished third with 171 points. First place went to Yale who finished with 165 points.

The Sherman Hoyt Trophy was hosted by Brown and Dartmouth finished seventh with 140 points. First place went to Harvard with 92 points on the weekend. The Big Green's coed lineup consisted of freshman

Eliza Crocker in the A division. In the B division were freshman
Oliver Hurwitz and senior
Aisling Sullivan.

At the Harvard Invitational, the Big Green finished in sixth place out of the nine teams competing. Junior
Nick Hurley and sophomore
Maya Nguyen were paired as the A team and sophomore Mike Hanrahan and sophomore
Elise Donovan were paired as the B team. They finished with 179 total points. First place went to Harvard with 116 points.

The final event was the U.S. Team Racing Championships, where Dartmouth competed for the George H. Hinman Trophy. The team finished in 11th out of 24 teams at the event held in Bristol, R.I., and eight sailors competed. On one team was junior

The Big Green return to action this upcoming weekend with five events on deck. They have the Atlantic Coast Championship, the Moody Trophy, the Sister Esther Trophy, the Danmark Trophy and the KP Dinghy Open.
