Sailing Ranked Seventh and Fifth in Pre-Season ICSA Poll

HANOVER, N.H. — The Inter-collegiate Sailing Association announced the pre-season rankings for the 2021-2022 competition season. Dartmouth's women's team was ranked seventh and the coed team was ranked fifth.
The top spot in the rankings for both women's and coed was Stanford. On the women's side, Harvard, Brown and Yale were all ranked ahead of the Big Green. On the coed side, Yale was the only Ivy League team ranked higher than Dartmouth.
The Big Green kick off their season this weekend with four different events. The team competes for the Toni Deutsch Women's Trophy at MIT, the Harry Anderson Trophy at Yale, the Harman Cup at Maine Maritime and the Penobscot Bay Open at Massachusetts Maritime on Saturday, Sept. 11 and Sunday, Sept. 12.
