ACADEMIC SUPPORT
- Spring Term Course Election Ends February 17. Advising resources include your faculty advisor, Undergraduate Dean, Dean Drop-In Hours and DP2 Academics.
- Course Withdrawal Deadlines:
February 14: Final day for dropping a fourth course without a grade notation of "W."
February 22: Final day to withdraw from a course
Directions for how to withdraw from a course can be found on the Reduce Course Load Guide. Students should notify their instructor of their decision to no longer remain in a course. First-years should also consult with the Undergraduate Dean's Office by scheduling time with their Undergraduate Dean or attending Dean Drop-In Hours for questions around course withdrawal.

- 2022 Red Sox Sport & Entertainment Career Fair, Tuesday, April 5, noon-4pm at Fenway Park! For more information and registration information, click here. Vendors include 25-30 Sport and Entertainment Companies within New England. Please note, there is a registration fee, which includes tickets to the Red Sox game in the evening.
COUNSELING & SPORT PSYCHOLOGY
- Good article to check out around mental health, athletes, and the Olympics. This is an intense time of the term and it's a great reminder to take care of yourself as well as each other.
- Scheduling a first appointment? Book a counseling triage appointment online through the student heath portal.
- Counseling services are available for all enrolled students through the Dartmouth Counseling Center by calling (603) 646-9442 to set up an appointment. Check out our website for apps and other useful resources to support mental health.
SPORTS NUTRITION
- Drinking water throughout the day will help you stay ahead of the hydration game. Aim for at least half your body weight in ounces to start with each day. Add more if you are training hard, sweat a lot, have a history of muscle cramping or spend a lot of time outside.

RESEARCH PARTICIPATION
Researchers would like your survey participation. The first four are IRB approved studies and the fourth a class project. Dartmouth athletics has no affiliation with these. Should you choose to participate, you may do so on your own volition:
- Survey on understanding the impact one's role has on their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions during their sport performance. - Survey on the psychological impacts of sport injury on female collegiate athletes
- Survey on the role of identity, motivation, and satisfaction on student-athlete mental well-being
- Survey examining athlete personality, social norms, and the willingness to mentor teammates
