The Dartmouth men's cross country team heads to New York for the 2022 Ivy League Heptagonal Championship at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday. The Big Green finished fifth at Heps a season ago.

"The men have faced so much adversity this season, but none of it has affected their vision and goals for themselves," said interim head coach Kendra Foley. "They have stayed focused and worked relentlessly towards their goals."

The Big Green have had quite the season so far. After winning the Maribel Sanchez Souther Invitational, they went on to finish second in the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown. Two weeks later, Seth Weprin won the New England Championship.

"They are a strong unit who has found strength in working together to move up throughout races," Foley said. "I am anxious to watch them put it together on Friday to show off that the Men of Dartmouth are more united and driven than ever."
