The Dartmouth women's swimming and diving team is in seventh place after competing in the 200 medley and 800 free relays

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – After the first day of the 2022 Ivy League Championship at Harvard's Blodgett Pool, the Dartmouth women's swimming and diving team is in seventh place with 92 points.

The Big Green started the night off in the 200 medley relay, finishing in eighth place (1:44.54). Made up of Connie Zhang, Rachel Zhang, Mary Howley and Zoe Wortzman, the relay touched just over a second after Cornell.

Dartmouth came sixth in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:20.86, seeing a 16-second improvement from its seed time. Composed of Ashley Post, Mia Leko, Sophie Wiener and Wortzman in her second relay of the night, the Green out-touched Brown by less than a second.

Day two of the meet will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday with the 500 free.
