CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Dartmouth women's swimming and diving wrapped up the four day, seven-session Ivy League Championship on Saturday in seventh place with 563 points. Harvard captured its 15th title and Yale was second.

Three Big Green swimmers started things off in the 1650 free.
Sarah Minnigh led the charge in eighth (16:48.35) and was followed by
Christina Cianciolo in 17th (17:11.28) and
Hayden Barry in 23rd place (17:54.27).

In the 200 back,
Susannah Laster and
Mary Howley both saw improvements from their prelims swims. Laster took 16th (2:00.71) and Howley was 19th (2:01.77). Competing in the C final of the 200 breast were
Kenna Van Steyn (2:24.01) and
Bridget Parker (2:25.27).

Ashley Post broke the Dartmouth school record in the 100 free in prelims with her time of 50.12, taking down a nine-year old record by a tenth of a second. She went on to finish in eighth place at finals (50.42). In the C final,
Zoe Wortzman swam a 50.94 to take 21st.

In the 200 fly,
Mia Leko missed out on her own school record by three one-hundredths of a second in prelims with her time of 1:57.65. In the A final that evening, she was sixth (1:59.70). Both of Dartmouth's divers competed in prelims on the 3-meter board.
Isabella Lichen came in 26th (213.20) and
Alyssa Palacios was 30th (185.90).

To officially conclude the championship, the Green came in sixth place in the 400 free relay (3:24.03). Made up of Post, Leko, Howley and Wortzman, the relay out-touched Cornell by almost four tenths of a second.

Next up for Dartmouth will be the NCAA Zone Diving Championship, which will take place from March 7-9 in Annapolis, Maryland.
