SPORT NUTRITION - Incorporating salty snacks into your daily intake can help your overall fluid status. Salt is an electrolyte that helps your body absorb the water you drink. It also encourages you to drink more because it makes you thirsty! Some good options are pretzels, popcorn, almonds, trail mix and crackers.
YOGA & MINDFULNESS - NEW: DP2 & Student Wellness Center are collaborating to provide a new Yoga & Mindfulness-based Recovery.
