NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Dartmouth sailing team sits 12
th after the first day of the finals of the ICSA Women's Dinghy National Championship.
The Big Green also competed against the weather on Wednesday as there was a weather delay that lasted nearly five hours. Even so, they managed to sail four races in each division. The Big Green currently have 84 points, 32 in the A division and 52 in the B division.
Dartmouth sent out
Gray Hemans and
Caroline Oyster for the A division races. They utilized the trio of
Sarah Young,
Elise Donovan and
Eloise Burn in the B division.
18 teams are competing for the Gerald C. Miller Trophy. Current standings can be found below.
