HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's golf team opens its 2022-23 season at the Cornell/Temple Invitational in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The Big Green look to open its fall slate with a strong performance this weekend.

Rich Parker welcomes eight student-athletes from the 2021-22 squad back for this season. Five upperclassmen,
Charles Petrie,
Mark Turner,
Jason Chen,
Eli Thrasher and
Alex Gu will look to use their veteran experience to lead the Big Green this season.
Last season, Turner led the Big Green with a stroke average of 72.74. The Gloucester, Massachusetts native finished with a team-best score five times.
A trio of sophomores will don the green for their second year of competition, as
Charlie Baker,
Justin Lee and
Eli Kimche return for the 2022-23 campaign.
Three freshmen join the Big Green for the fall schedule.
Cameron Keith,
Fin Szafnauer and
Aaron Zhang will represent Dartmouth on the course for the first time this weekend.
Dartmouth will participate in four competitions this fall. The Big Green travel to participate in this weekend's Cornell/Temple Invitational, the Autumn Invite, hosted by Columbia Oct. 1-2 and the Alister MacKenzie Invite, hosted by Cal to close out the fall season Oct. 10-11.
The Big Green hosts the Dartmouth Invitational at the Montcalm Golf Club in Enfield Sept. 24-25. Dartmouth hosts a tournament for the first time since 2019.
Following its final fall competition, the men's golf team returns to action in the spring of 2023, which will conclude at the Ivy League Championship April 21-23.
