BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Dartmouth women's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw with Eastern Michigan in nonconference action on Sunday afternoon at the Legacy Center Sports Complex in Brighton, Michigan.
Dartmouth moves to 2-1-1 while Eastern Michigan is now 1-2-2.

Aleena Seales was the lone scorer for the Big Green, picking up her second goal of the season.
Allie Winstanley and
Sydney Brown provided the assists. Goalkeeper
Charlotte Cyr made six saves in the contest.
Hannah Thompson scored for the Eagles while Rebecca Przybylo made five saves.
Eastern Michigan had several shots on goal early in the game, forcing Cyr to make three saves inside the opening 14 minutes.
It was Dartmouth that found the opening goal midway through the first half. Brown had possession of the ball in the middle of the field and played a through ball down the left wing to Winstanley. Winstanley took a touch before crossing the ball to Seales who was in great position for the finish inside the six-yard box to put the Big Green up 1-0.
The Eagles had their fourth and final shot on goal in the opening half just five minutes after the goal, but the shot was collected by Cyr to keep the Big Green ahead. It was back and forth till halftime as neither side was able to put another shot on target in the final 16 minutes of the half.
Eastern Michigan came close to tying things up in the 47
th minute when a shot from Maddie O'Farrell hit the crossbar. The Eagles grabbed the equalizer in the 68
th minute through an effort from Thompson.
An 89
th minute save from Cyr kept the game level. The ensuing corner kick led to three shots from Eastern Michigan before the final whistle, but they were unable to find the game-winner, resulting a tie for both teams.
Rainey finished by saying "we learned some wonderful things on this trip and we are looking forward to being back on Burnham this Thursday."
Dartmouth returns to Burnham Field for a Thursday evening matchup with LIU. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. and the game will be available to stream on ESPN+ and Stretch Internet.
