BOSTON — Hayden Barry and Elizabeth Ann Stromberger were in action for the Dartmouth women's swimming and diving team on Friday, the opening day of the Boston Winter Open.

Barry placed 13th in the 500 free with a time of 5:25.01 and Stromberger was 16th in the 50 free at 24.49.

The Boston Winter Open wraps up on Saturday, and Big Green divers will also be in action at nearby Northeastern. The weekend's events serve as a prelude to the Ivy League Championships, which begin Wednesday, Feb. 21 at Brown.
