HANOVER, N.H. – The No. 9 men's squash team dominated No. 17 Middlebury at the Berry Squash Courts Wednesday, only allowing the Panthers to win six games on the day and defeating the Panthers 8-1 in their final match of the regular season.
With the win, the Big Green move to 6-8 to finish the season, whereas Middlebury falls to 10-6.
Juniors
Mac Aube and
Christian Shah at the first and second positions, senior
David Rubin at the fourth position, junior
Quintin Campbell at the fifth position, and senior
Ned Gildea at the sixth position all swept their Middlebury opponents to collect 3-0 match victories for the Big Green.
Aube held his opponent to only 12 points over the three games while Gildea cruised to a first game victory, shutting out his opponent 11-0 before collecting 11-9 and 11-4 victories to complete the sweep.
The Big Green's remaining three victories came courtesy of first-year

Singh went up 2-0 at the third position before dropping the third set to cut his lead in half. Middlebury's Theo Kogan battled to tie the match in the fourth game, but Singh was able to hold on to collect the 14-12 victory and secure the win in the match that lasted just over one hour.
Feldman battled through five games to collect the victory for the Big Green. After taking the first game 11-6 and dropping the second game 9-11, he and Middlebury's David Zhao remained consistent as the final three games all had a 12-10 final scores. Feldman won the third and the fifth match to take home the win.
At the ninth position, Thakkar won the first game, fell in the second, and won two straight to collect the 3-1 match win and add to Dartmouth's lead.
First-year
Callan Venkatesan's match at the eighth position took all five games to determine a winner. Despite dropping the first game, Venkatesan won the second game 11-7 to tie the match. He would drop the third and retie in the fourth game but was unable to win the second straight to secure the victory, falling 3-2.
