HANOVER, N.H. – On Friday, the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) announced their individual award winners as well as their All-American teams, honoring five members of the Big Green.

Boyd Bragg,
Maddie Hawkins, and
Yumi Yoshiyasu were each named a finalist for a major award.
Boyd Bragg was one of four finalists for the Everett Morris Memorial Trophy for the 2024 College Sailor of the Year, Hawkins a top-five finalist for the 2024 Quantum Women's College Sailor of the Year, and Yoshiyasu a top-three finalist for the 2024 Mitchell M. Brindley Crew of the Year.

Hawkins, Yoshiyasu and
Boyd Bragg all helped the Big Green to a third-place finish at the Open Fleet Race National Championship last weekend. In addition to the Open Championship, Hawkins and Yoshiyasu also competed at the Women's Fleet Race National Championship, also securing a third-place finish for the Big Green.

While the trio were named finalists for major awards, they, along with two other members of the Big Green were named to All-America and Honorable Mention teams.

Boyd Bragg and Hawkins were named to the 2024 Open Skipper All-America Team for their contributions to the team and success on the water.

Yoshiyasu, along with
Reese Bragg were named to the 2024 Crew All-America Team.
Reese Bragg also competed at both the Women's and Open Fleet Race National Championship. Alongside Hawkins,
Reese Bragg won the A Division of the Women's Fleet Race National Championship.

Sarah Young was named to the 2024 Women's Skipper Honorable Mention Team. Young also contributed to the Big Green's third-place finish at the Women's Fleet Race National Championship as well as helped the Big Green to a fourth-place finish at the Women's Team Race National Championship.

Hawkins received one more accolade to wrap her successful senior season, being named to the 2024 Women's Skipper All-America Team.
