SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Kauany Gutz recorded a double double as the Dartmouth women's volleyball team fell to Bryant 3-1 on Saturday afternoon from Chace Athletic Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
SET ONE:
- The match opened with both teams exchanging scores until a 6-0 Bryant run gave the Bulldogs a 12-7 lead.
- Dartmouth scored the next 12 of 15 points to take a 20-17 lead, forcing a Bryant timeout.
- Faced with set point, Bryant scored four consecutive points to make the score 24-24.
- The set saw two more ties before the Bulldogs won it 28-26.
SET TWO:
- Bryant scored the first point of the set and held a lead until a kill by Molly Powers tied the set at 15.
- The teams went point for point, but Bryant scored the final three points to take the set 25-23.
SET THREE:
- A pair of runs for Dartmouth put them ahead 16-10.
- Two kills from Gutz and one from Maddie LaFata sealed the deal for the Big Green, 25-19.
SET FOUR:
- Seven unanswered points for the Bulldogs gave them an early 9-5 lead.
- Bryant persisted and extended their lead to 21-13 and won the set 25-17.
