SMITHFIELD, R.I. – On Saturday afternoon, the Dartmouth men's cross country team finished fourth with 97 points at the Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational (5k). The Big Green opened the 2024 season on the road.Â

"The men ran smart, using the workout as a primer to start the season, lead by
Eric Sankey in seventh," said Interim Cross Country/Distance Coach, Ben True '08.

Eric Sankey led the pack at 15:58.2 placing seventh.

Ben Williams finished fourteenth at 16:12.4.

Patrick Dowd ran a 16:16.8 and placed seventeenth.

Baker Pashea finished eighteenth at 16:16.9.
