WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS. - The No. 10 Dartmouth men's squash team was defeated by No. 11 Williams on Saturday, falling 5-4.
Quintin Campbell battled for nearly an hour and a half at the third position, trading close games with Williams' Jack Lee. Campbell and Lee each picked up two games, but Campbell clinched the match with a 13-11 win.
At the first position, Christian Shah came from behind to even up the match 2-2. The hour-long nail-biter came to a close when Shah swept the final three games 11-6, 11-8, 11-8.
Similarly, Callan Venkatesan traded sets with Williams' Asher Leavy at No. 4, eventually evening the score 2-2. Venkatesan won the match with an 11-5 score in the fifth game.
Brandon Wang dropped a game after winning his first two at the fifth position. Wang came back with a 12-10 win to take the match.
