PRINCETON, N.J. - Two Big Green women won their heats in the second day of competition at the Ivy League Championships on Thursday from Princeton.
"Today was a big one for us - folks competed very well and we walked away with some big points. Our 500 free women really set a great tone for each session and crushed it in finals, led by a huge lifetime best from
Sydney Rawie winning the B-final heat. I'm very excited about what this group of women can accomplish in the next few days together!" said Head Coach

In the morning session,
Maddie Blackwell swam a lifetime best in the 50 free with a time of 23.52.
Sydney Rawie won the B-Final to finish ninth in the 500 free with a time of 4:51.29. The time marks a lifetime best and her time now ranks sixth on the team's All-Time Top 10 performers list. Addy Domain swam a lifetime best after going a 4:54.97 in the event in the C-Final.
Izzy Mundee also saw a 4:55.07 in the B-Final of the 500 free.
Kathy Jia won the C-Final to finish 17
th in the 200 IM after going a time of 2:01.23. The time marked a college best and puts her third All Time of the Top 10 List.
Samantha Li also swam a lifetime best and placed herself fifth on the All Time Top 10 List in the B-Final of the 50 free after swimming a time of 23.09 and tying for an 11
th place finish.
The 200 free relay of Li, Legh, Blackwell and Murray placed sixth and their time of 1:31.95 ranks as the second fastest in program history.
On the diving side,
Maggie Lambdin recorded a 241.70 on the 1-meter placing her 14
th in the B-Final. Clare Cornell scored a 221.15 on the 1-meter in the prelims this morning.
