HANOVER, N.H. – Dartmouth skiing returned to the course this weekend, this time, hosting the Dartmouth Carnival at its home venues, The Skiway and Oak Hill. The Big Green posted seven podium finishes en route to second place.

On day one of the carnival, the Nordic team raced the 7.5K Classic at Oak Hill while the alpine team raced the giant slalom.

Aaron Power led the way for the Big Green at Oak Hill, Friday, posting a 21:50.8 to finish just outside the top ten in 11
th overall.
Cooper Camp was just on his heels, finishing less than three seconds later to claim 12
th with a 21:53.1.

Dustin Hay was the next Big Green finisher, crossing the finish line in 22:04, good for 15
th.
Jack Lange finished 4.1 seconds later, earning 17
th with a time of 22:08.3.
Â
Micah Bruner (22:17.3),
Tory Hoffman (22:26.6),
Aidan Jacobus (22:28.4), and
Henry Magill (24:38.3) also finished for the Big Green.
Â
On the women's side,
Ava Thurston won her fourth race of the year, finishing in 23:45.9, just under seven seconds faster than the second-place finisher.
Â
Amelia Tucker earned her highest finish of the season, claiming seventh with a time of 24:34.3.
Maeve Ingelfinger and
Evie Walton rounded out the top ten, finishing in 24:39.6 and 24:46.7.
Caroline Menna claimed 24
th overall, posting a 25:36.6.
Helen Townley (26:15.9),
Adele Horning (26:30.2),
Grace Zanni (26:37.3),
Virginia Cobb (27:11.4) and
Ava Schneider (27:57.1) also finished for the Big Green.

Up at the Skiway, the men's and women's alpine teams compete in the giant slalom.
Oscar Zimmer led the way for the Big Green posting a 1:56.38 to claim second overall, his third podium of the carnival season.
Â
Sawyer Reed continued to impress, finishing just two tenths of a second off the podium. He finished in 1:56.62 to earn fourth overall.

Heming Sola and
Dan Gillis finished back-to-back to round out the top ten. Sola finished eighth with a 1:57.22 while Gillis claimed ninth with a 1:57.32.

Louis De Pourtales posted a 1:59.48 to finish 30
th overall.
Benny Brown was the final Dartmouth finisher, claiming 36
th overall with a 1:59.83.

On the women's side,
Emma Resnick earned a podium finish, placing third overall with a time of 2:01.20 for her highest finish of the season.
Carly Elsinger finished just behind in fourth place, posting a 2:01.53. Elsinger's fourth place finish is also her highest of the 2026 season.

Zoe Zimmermann claimed sixth overall, posting a 2:02.01.
Emma Reynolds rounded out the top ten for the Big Green, earning eighth with a time of 2:02.48.

Sammi Trudeau finished just outside the top ten, finishing 11
th overall with a 2:02.74. Aleza Elliff, in her first race of the season, finished 12
th, just two one-hundredths of a second behind Trudeau with a 2:02.76.

Riley Grosdidier posted a 2:02.94, good for 14
th overall, the final Big Green finisher.
Â
On Saturday, the Nordic teams raced the 15K Freestyle mass start. Camp claimed fifth overall on his home course, posting a 39:33.8.

Lange and Bruner finished back-to-back, earning eighth and ninth respectively. Lange finished in 39:49.3 followed by Bruner with a 39:53.1.

Jacobus was the next Dartmouth finisher, posting a 40:42.9 to earn 14
th, his best finish of the season.

Power claimed 18
th overall, finishing in 41:10.0. Hoffman (41:42.1) also finished for the Big Green.
Â
In the women's race, Thurston continued to ski at the top of the pack, finishing just under two seconds out of first place. She posted a 45:08.3 to earn second. Thurston has now finished on the podium in each of the six races she's skied in this season.

Walton claimed seventh overall, crossing the finish line in 45:44.2.

Tucker and Menna finished one after the other, claiming 13
th and 14
th overall. Tucker finished in 46:39.3 while Menna crossed the finish line in 46:40.9.

Ingelfinger took 16
th place, posting a 46:50.0.
Â
Zanni (48:49.3), Townley (50:54.1), Cobb (51:43.7), Horning (51:58.3), Grover (52:05.2), and Schneider (52:46.6) also finished for the Big Green.

The alpine team raced the slalom on Saturday as two Dartmouth skiers finished on the podium.
Calum Langmuir won the race in his first of the season, posting a 1:39.44. He was in second after the first run before posting a field fastest 48.94 second run to secure the victory.

Zimmer landed himself in second place with a 1:40.13 overall. He led the way through the first run, posting a 50.28 before finishing his second run in 49.85.

Sola also finished in the top ten, claiming eighth overall with a time of 1:41.41.
Â
De Pourtales finished just under two tenths of a second outside the top ten, finishing 11
th overall with a time of 1:41.90.
Â
Gillis and Brown also suited up for the Big Green but did not finish one run.
Â
For the women, Zimmermann earned her first win of the season after earning her first podium last week. The senior's 49.21 first run time was fastest while her 55.27 was third best of the field, helping her to the win with an overall time of 1:44.48.

Elsinger claimed ninth overall, posting a 1:46.98 in her two runs.
Â
Resnick finished just outside the top ten, posting a 1:47.16, good for 11
th overall. Elliff claimed 14
th with a time of 1:48.06 in only her second race of the season. Trudeau (1:48.72) also finished for the Big Green.

Grosdidier, and Reynolds also raced for the Big Green, but each did not finish a run.
Â
The Big Green will return to action this weekend, heading north to the Vermont Carnival. Dartmouth will race the sprint classic and giant slalom on Friday before concluding the weekend with the 10K freestyle and slalom on Saturday.
