SENIOR (2023)
Competed at each of the first five carnivals … best showing came in the freestyle sprint at St. Michael’s where he placed 29th overall.
JUNIOR (2022)
USCSCA National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team for a second straight year … competed in all six carnivals during the season … registered first top-20 finish in first race of the year, placing 18th in the 10K free at Colby … scored points for the BIg Green in three races, including both at the EISA Championships at UNH.
SOPHOMORE (2021)
USCSCA National Collegiate All-Academic Ski Team … season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
FRESHMAN (2020)
Skied in nine races over five carnivals as a rookie … best performance came at Colby where he placed 40th in the 15K classic and 43rd in the 10K freestyle.
HIGH SCHOOL
All-state Nordic skier as a junior and senior at Sartell … won every meet, including the state championship, during his senior year … also ran cross country and track through his junior year … Top Scholar in both science and math.
PERSONAL
Son of Ben and Kari Nemeth has three brothers, including twins who also ski in the EISA — Zach at Colby and Will at Middlebury … both parents were college athletes at St. Olaf with his father competing in cross country, track and Nordic skiing and his mother swimming … has designs on a career in dentistry … once spent a month canoeing through Canada in the Arctic Ocean.
