All-East Second Team (2018)
JUNIOR (2018): Ended season as ninth-ranked women’s Nordic skier in the East to earn a spot on the All-East Second Team … posted a pair of fifth-place finishes throughout the season, first in the St. Lawrence 10K freestyle, then at the home Winter Carnival in the 10K classical … also posted a top-10 finish in the 5K classical at SLU.
SOPHOMORE (2017): Ended season as 16th-ranked women’s Nordic skier in the East … began the season on a high note by taking fourth in the freestyle sprint race at St. Lawrence … first career podium came as part of the freestyle sprint relay team at Middlebury … also helped her 3x5K classical group to fifth place in the home carnival … consistent racer who finished between 11th and 14th in seven of her 11 races.
FRESHMAN (2016): Raced in all six carnivals … posted four top-10 finishes, placing as high as eighth in first two freestyle competitions.
BEFORE DARTMOUTH: Four-time letter-winner in cross country running and Nordic skiing at Summit High School in Bend, Oregon … participated in the Oregon High School State Championship for Nordic skiing during all four seasons … two-time Junior National All-American in Nordic Skiing her junior season and a two-time Junior National Champion as a senior.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Gene and Lynn Hyde … has one sister … member of the National Honor Society in high school … interested in studying biology at Dartmouth.
