Bio
Before Dartmouth: Abby Franklin was a four-year letterwinner and three-time captain of the equestrian team at Kearsarge Regional High School.
Personal: Abby Franklin is the daughter of Raymond and Joanne Franklin and has one brother. At Dartmouth, Abby plans to study geography to pursue a career in forestry or fluvial geomorphology.
Why Dartmouth?
I loved the people and the feel of the campus.
How long have you been riding and what got you interested in riding?
I've been horse crazy for as long as I can remember and have been riding in some way, shape, or form since I was seven.
Have you won any academic or equestrian awards recently?
I was captain of my high school equestrian team
Tell me something interesting about you that might come as a surprise to your teammates.
My favorite article of clothing during the winter is a pair of quilted lined Carrhatt overalls. They are wonderful and you'll see a lot of them.
