Allen will co-captain the cross-country squad with classmate Harry Norton. The 2007 spring season was the best of his Dartmouth career as he enjoyed a major breakthrough in the steeplechase. He lowered his PR to 9:14 and scored at both the Heps and New Englands. This fall he will be a key leader on a young Dartmouth harrier squad. He plans to continue competing after he earns his Dartmouth degree in June ? potentially for the University of Louisville where his brother Bryce is on the coaching staff.
