SENIOR (2019-20)
Participated in two of the three fall tournaments … best finish came at the Dartmouth Invitational, placing 53rd out of 74 entrants … was not able to compete in the spring after the COVID-19 pandemic ended the season prematurely.
JUNIOR (2018-19)
Griffin’s only competition of the season was at the Quechee Club Collegiate Challenge.
SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Began the year with a terrific showing at Cornell, shooting 1-over par for the three rounds, including a second-round 2-under 69, to tie for 10th out of 90 golfers, the best finish for the Big Green … shot even par in the second round for the second straight year at Furman with a 72.
FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Played in five of the nine tournaments during his rookie campaign … just missed the top half of the field in the home Quechee Club Collegiate Challenge, tying for 44th out of 84 with a 10-over 154 … carded a 1-over 71 in the second round of the Macdonald Cup hosted by Yale … also had a strong second round at Furman, shooting even par with a 72.
HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time Rhode Island Interscholastic League Division I champion … three-time first-team all-state … Nationwide Big “I” runner-up … Rhode Island Country Club Men’s Champion … New England Junior Champion.
PERSONAL
Interested in business and economics … enjoys fishing, swimming and fantasy sports.
