Prior to Dartmouth: Devlin spend the last two years in the NAHL playing for the Anchorage Wolverines... In his first season with Anchorage, the defensemen skated in 42 games while scoring four goals and adding 14 assists... In 2024-25 he skated in 54 games for the Wolverines while exploding for 55 assists along with 12 goals. Prior to Anchorage he spent multiple seasons playing in the Anaheim Jr. Ducks organization...was named NAHL Defensemen of the Year in 2024-25
