Currently, Stephen has competed once at no. 8, resulting in a victory over Hamilton.

Preefer ended the season with a 5-0 record, competing at both No. 7 (3-0) and No. 8 (2-0).
Freshman Year (2007-2008)
Finished with a 10-9 season, playing mainly at No. 7 with a 5-7 record ... Was 3-0 at No. 6 and was 2-2 at No. 8.
Before Dartmouth
Stephen Barrett Preefer was a four year letter winner in squash at The Lawrenceville School, serving as captain his senior year. He was a first team All-MAPL selection his sophomore, junior, and senior years. Preefer has played on the US Junior Men’s squash team from 2004-2006, including an individual finish of 11th place at the 2006 World Junior Championships. He was also a US Squash Scholar-Athlete Award Recipient in 2007.
