Ben Beekman enters his second season on the staff at Dartmouth ahead of the 2024-25 season. Beekman joined the Dartmouth men's tennis program as an assistant coach in August 2023. He spent the 2022-23 season on the women's tennis coaching staff at Notre Dame and helped the Fighting Irish achieve their first NCAA Tournament victory since 2017.

The Notre Dame women's tennis team posted a 16-11 record, the team's best since 2016-17, with Beekman serving as a volunteer assistant coach in 2022-23. The Fighting Irish went on to defeat MAC champion Ball State, 4-0, in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament. Notre Dame ranked as high as No. 14 in the ITA national rankings, which was the program's highest standing since 2010.

Beekman was previously a graduate assistant for the Youngstown State men's tennis team and helped the Penguins win their first-ever Horizon League regular season and tournament championships in 2021-22.

A native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Beekman received his bachelor's degree in business administration in 2021 from Holy Cross College (Ind.), where he was a member of the men's tennis team. He went on to earn his master's in business administration from Youngstown State in 2022.
