Coach Vogt on Lindsay: Devin is a welcome addition to our pitching staff. Having three pitchers will allow us more flexibility with our staff this season. She has good command of her moving pitches and is effective at keeping hitters off balance. 2009: Made 19 appearances in the circle and finished with a 9-8 record … Finished with a 4.20 ERA … Pitched 11 complete games with 19 starts … Struck out 58 with just 64 earned runs in 106.2 innings of work … In the Ivy League playoffs against Cornell she helped Dartmouth to a victory, allowing just one run in seven innings of work while striking out six … Had five games in which she recorded just one earned run. 2008: Finished the season with a 5-7 record...Made 21 appearances and led her pitching staff with two shutouts...Pitched 79.0 innings of work with 46 strikeouts...Against Rutgers she gave up just one earned run while striking out six...Pitched a one-hitter in a win over Stony Brook, had a perfect game going through four innings. High School: Four year letterwinner at La Serna High School in Whittier, Calif...Helped team to the CIF semifinals twice and the Del Rio League Championships...Named first team All-League twice while being first team All-Area three times...Was the Del Rio pitcher of the year her senior season...Chosen first team All-CIF as a sophomore...Participated in the National Charity League for seven years.
