Sunny Zhang lettered for four years in golf at Monte Vista High in Danville, California. She won the East Bay Athletic League Championships, the North Coast Sectional Championships, and the Northern California Championships in 2004 and 2005 with an 11-0 record.

Sunny secured the Number 1 position on the team and helped lead them to back to back victories at the EBALS, NCS, and NC Championships. She was picked for the All-East Bay Athletic League Selection in 2003, 2004, and 2005 for Varsity Golf.

Sunny was also awarded the Major Volunteer Service Award for the City of san Ramon in 2004. She was on the Principal’s Honor Roll and was a National Honor Roll Inductee.

While at Dartmouth, Sunny plans to pursue a degree in Biology/Neuroscience and is looking toward a career in either Business of Law. She enjoys the Dartmouth Outing Club and is interested in working the Hood Museum on campus.
