Freshman (2015-16): Was coxswain of the third varsity that out-finished Northeastern, BU and UMass (7:21.6) … at the Eastern Sprints Regatta, she helped the third varsity to a sixth-place finish in the Grand Final (7:54.06) … coxed the third varsity to a third-place finish in the Petite Final of the Ivy League Championship (7:25.80).
Before Dartmouth: Attended Stamford High School and rowed at Martitime Rowing Club … Stamford's Top 10 Teens to Watch … National Honor Society … Editor in Chief of the Round Table, where she received a gold medal from Columbia Scholastic Press … Harvard Book Award.
Personal: Paulomi Rao is the daughter of Anil and Monica Rao … has two brothers and one sister, the latter of which is a coxswain for men's rowing at Northeastern.
