Ashley Kristiansen joined the Big Green sports medicine staff in May of 2024. Kristiansen will work primarily with the women's soccer and women's tennis programs.
Kristiansen earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Miami before getting her masters from Florida Atlantic University.
Her professional interests include post-surgical physical therapy, the mind body connection, and the ideology that "movement is medicine". She is also interested in BFR technique, corrective exercises, and is a yoga instructor.
Outside of work Ashley enjoys playing and having fun outside. Her favorite activities are gardening, hiking, golfing, pickleball, skiing and finding the best coffee spots. Ashley cherishes quality time with her wife and 2 dogs, Kona and Tucker.
