2007-2008: Competed in the 2008 Ivy Championships recording personal-bests in the 50 yard freestyle (0:23.67) and the 100 yard breaststroke prelims (1:04.87). Jankins placed 8th overall in the 100 yard breaststroke (1:05.33) and 9th overall in the 100 yard freestyle (0:51.23). She was also part of the 400 yard freestyle relay team that placed 6th and set a new all-time record with a time of 3:28.48, the 200 yard medley relay that swam to a new Dartmouth record and a 5th place finish with a time of 1:45.42, the 800 yard freestyle relay that earned a 5th place finish and a new Dartmouth record with a time of 7:35.78, and the 200 yard freestyle relay that earned a 4th place finish and a new school record with a time of 1:34.67.2006-2007: Broke 20 year old school record in the 50 free with a 23.81, placing 7th at the Ivy League Championships ... member of the school record breaking 200 Free, 200 Medley and 400 Free Relays ... swam personal bests with a 51.78 in the 100 Free (5th place) and 1:05.25 in the 100 Breaststroke (11th place) at the Ivy League Championships ... recipient of the Most Improved Swimmer Award.
2005-2006: An injured shoulder prevented her from training, though she still competed and finished her season with a 54.7 in the 100 Free and a 25.2 in the 50 Free at the Middlebury Invitational.
Personal: Daughter of Daniel and Kathy Jankins of Raynham, Massachusetts...Has two brothers, Paul and Eric...Swam for Adirondack Aquatic Club under Kyle Browning...Ranked fastest 17-18 year old girl for 2005 Short Course Season in the 100 Free with a 52.89... Considering a major in Sociology...Graduated third in her class from Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School.
