The fall season is winding down just as the winter sports are ramping up. On senior weekend in Leede arena a sophomore, Nicole Liddle led the way to two wins against Ivy rivals Cornell and Columbia. Men's Hockey also swept their opponents downing Brown and Yale on the road. Another sophomore, Drew O'Connor, had three goals and three assists, moving into the team's scoring lead with nine points overall.

Their efforts are rewarded by being named the Cape Air Athletes of the Week.

Each week, DartmouthSports.com will spotlight two outstanding student-athletes - one male, one female - as the Cape Air Athletes of the Week. Student-athletes may be chosen based upon their efforts both on and off the field of competition.

Nicole Liddle, So., Los Gatos, Calif., OH, Women's Volleyball

Nicole Liddle had a great week, helping Dartmouth volleyball finish the season on a three-match winning streak. Throughout those three matches, Liddle had a total of 37 kills, two aces, 36 digs and seven total blocks to lead the team with 42.5 points. She had double-doubles in the final two matches against Columbia and Cornell. Against Cornell the sophomore had a season-high 20 kills to go with 13 digs and a team-leading 21 points.
