Sophomore
Jamie Coffin scored four goals and Dartmouth men's lacrosse raced out to a 14-0 lead as the Big Green went on to a 16-2 victory over Hartford on Tuesday.
Scoring two goals apiece for Dartmouth, now 2-1 on the year, were freshman
Nick Bonacci, and sophomores
Alec Hufnagel and
Sean Anthony.
Coffin added an assist to his total for a five-point afternoon, while senior
Tom Daniels had one goal and three assists.
The Big Green outshot Hartford, 50-14, and held a 9-0 lead at halftime that included three Coffin goals.
Coffin scored his fourth to start the third quarter, and the Big Green lead went to 14-0 when Hufnagel sandwiched both of his goals around one by Anthony.

Matt DeMarco came on the split the remaining 10 minutes.
Hartford, 0-3, broke up the shutout with 7:03 remaining in the fourth period when Josh Wasson-McQuigge scored.
Dartmouth now breaks for final exams for the winter term and resumes action on March 20 at Sacred Heart.
