Men's Lacrosse Adds Parker Fairey to Staff

HANOVER, N.H. - Dartmouth men's lacrosse head coach Sean Kirwan has announced the hiring of Parker Fairey as an assistant coach for the Big Green.
Fairey joins Dartmouth from Boston University, where he has served as an assistant coach since 2025, responsible for the goalies, substitution box, and scout defense while also assisting with the ride and clear.
"Parker will be an unbelievable addition to the Dartmouth Lacrosse family," Kirwan said. "An expert communicator and teacher, Parker will work directly with our goalies, face-off men, and quarterback our substitution strategy. I am very excited to get Parker around our staff and players as we look to take more steps towards our championship aspirations and goals."
Before his time at Boston University, Fairey served as director of lacrosse at Milton High School in Georgia from 2024-25, a stretch during which the program advanced to the Elite Eight in 2024 and the Final Four in 2025, back-to-back postseason runs under his leadership. He oversaw all aspects of team operations, including practice planning, player development curriculum, and scouting reports. Fairey previously held coaching roles at Milton, Lassiter, South Forsyth, and Westminster high schools in Georgia dating back to 2018.
Fairey brings extensive experience developing goalies at every level. He is the founder of Reset Lacrosse, an independent goalie training program based in Georgia established in 2025, and has coached with GoalieSmith Lacrosse in Maryland since 2018, training and mentoring numerous Division I and professional goalies. From 2018-25, he also managed 3D Lacrosse in Georgia.
As a player, Fairey was a goalie at Montana State University from 2012-16, where he was a three-time team captain and a three-time All-American in the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association. He was named the league's 2016 Player of the Year across all positions. He went on to play professionally as a goalie on the 25-man rosters of the Florida Launch in 2017 and the Ohio Machine in 2018. Fairey began his playing career at Morristown High School in New Jersey, where he helped lead his team to the 2012 state runner-up finish. He was also named to the 2012 New Jersey All-State team and the 2012 New Jersey Senior All-Star Team.

Fairey will work directly with Dartmouth's goalies and face-off specialists and will help direct the team's substitution strategy.
