HANOVER, N.H. - The Dartmouth women's swimming team was defeated by Brown, 186-114, in the Big Green's first road meet of the season in Bristol, R.I.
Junior Heather Jankins (Raynham, Mass.) got things starter for the Big Green with a win in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:08.96, while senior Liz Mancuso (Andover, Mass.) earned the victory in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:12.36.
In the diving portion, senior Julianne Mifflin (Greenwich, Conn.) took first place in the 1-meter dive with a score of 255.89. Sophomore Kathleen Brady (Upland, Calif.) finished right behind Mifflin taking a 247.12 score.
The Big Green will be back in action on November 30 as Dartmouth hosts Boston College, beginning at 6 p.m. at Karl Michael Pool.
