Dartmouth continues its five-game road trip with a make-up game against Albany this afternoon. The game was originally scheduled for March but bitterly cold temperatures forced the postponement. The Big Green began the road trip with a 15-12 loss at Yale before heading to Virginia. Senior Wilson Handler scored three goals for Dartmouth as the Big Green nearly shocked No. 4 Virginia, dropping a 10-9 decision Saturday afternoon. With 4:45 remaining on the clock, freshman Ari Sussman (New Haven, Conn.) scored an unassisted goal, giving Dartmouth a 9-8 lead. But 19 seconds later, the Cavaliers' Jack Riley got the equalizer, and Danny Glading had a man-down goal with 1:28 to go, as Virginia (11-2) avoided the upset. Four Big Green players are in double digit scoring this season. Sussman and Nick Bonacci lead the way with 35 points apiece. Brian Koch has 21 goals and 10 assists. Handler has 9 goals and an assist. Michael Novosel backstops Dartmouth in goal with a 10.20 goals against average.
