Andrew Malizia led off with a match with his junior
doubles partner Conner Sherwood losing 6-4,6-3. Michael
Laser started strong by winning a solid 1st set 6-3 but
dropping the next 2, 6-3, 6-2 against UMBC's #2 player.

Sophomore, Curtis Roby dropped the first set against GW's
Kushman 6-3 and was down 2 match points in the second set
before roaring back to a 7-5, 6-0 win. In the 2nd round,
Curtis played a very solid first set against Martin McIntyre
the top player from Colgate winning 6-3. In the second set
McIntyre went on the attack, coming to the net on everything
and making some incredible shots. After a very long day,
Curtis lost 3-6, 6-3,6-2.
