HANOVER, N.H. - The second-ranked Harvard women's squash team won all nine matches against No. 9 Dartmouth on Wednesday evening at the Berry Racquet Center.
Only one game was taken to more than three sets as freshman Corey Schafer at No. 2 won the first set, 11-9 over the Crimson's Nirasha Guruge, but Guruge came back with 11-9, 11-5 and an 11-7 win to take the victory.
The loss drops the Big Green to 1-1 on the season, 0-1 in the Ivy League while Harvard improves to 3-0, 2-0 Ivy.
Dartmouth will next be back in action on Jan. 9, traveling to Yale to take on the Bulldogs and Trinity.
