Women's Tennis Remains Undefeated with Win Over Army

HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth women's tennis team moved to 3-0 on the season with a 13-1 win over Army on Sunday at the Boss Tennis Center.

The teams played a six doubles and 12 singles format due to the large size of both squads, the Big Green won all but one singles match and captured the doubles by winning four of the six matches.

Junior Ryan Reichel (Hilton Head Island, S.C.) and junior Ashley Mitchell (Charleston, S.C.) were the only two to go three sets. Reichel won her match after dropping the second set, while Mitchell was edged out in the final two sets after taking the opening one.

Dartmouth is now 3-0 on the season and are back in action at home on Saturday, Feb. 6, against Boston University at 1 p.m.
