PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 7 Dartmouth men's squash team dropped a 9-0 match to Ivy rival, Princeton on Saturday afternoon as the Tigers took 27 of 29 individual games on the day.
At the No. 4 and No. 6 spots, the Big Green's Robbie Maycock (Devonshire, Bermuda) and Luke Lee (Exeter, N.H.) pushed their opponents to four games before each succumbed. Maycock and Lee each rallied from two games down to take the third but neither could hold on.
No. 1 Chris Hanson (Greenwich, Conn.) had scored several big games this season against Rochester and Trinity but he could not hold off the Tigers top player in Todd Harrity as Hanson dropped just his fourth match this year.
The Big Green continues with Ivy League play on Sunday afternoon with a 1 p.m. matchup at Penn.
