Jack Korzelius Tabbed as Corvias ECAC Player of the Week

HANOVER, N.H. – Freshman Jack Korzelius was named the Corvias ECAC Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week after his performance in Dartmouth's dramatic victory over Harvard on Saturday. This honor came a day after being tabbed the Ivy League Rookie of the Week for the first time in his career.
The Big Green opened conference play at home over the weekend with a 12-11 double-overtime thriller against the Crimson. In addition to a third-quarter goal, Korzelius netted the game-winner with 2:21 to play in the second overtime period, helping to lead Dartmouth to its first win over Harvard since 2011.
Korzelius is currently first on the team in markers (13) and second in points (13).
After its exciting 16-15 defeat of Vermont on Tuesday, in which Korzelius scored the game-winner once again, Dartmouth will hit the road on Saturday to face Ivy League rival Cornell at 1 p.m.
